About Our Staff

Casey Blackwell

Casey has been a registered dental hygienist with the Winning Smile since 2008. She received her bachelor of science degree from The University of Mississippi medical Center in 2003. Casey and her husband Blake have been married for 10 years. They have five year old twins, Lynley and Tanner. They are both active members of Broadmoor Baptist Church in Madison, Mississippi.

Haley Birmingham

Haley joined our staff in September 2005. She has 15 yrs experience as a dental hygienist. Patient comfort is her number one priority. Haley and her husband Andrew reside in Brandon. They have two children, Harrison and Hadley. Haley and her family are members of St. Peters Episcopal Church.

Joy Kennedy

Joy joined our staff in July 2010 and brings with her 20 years of dental office experience. She calls Pearl her home and lives there with her husband Steve. She has three daughters and two grandsons. Joy and her family attend Pinelake Church.

Julie Armstrong

Julie joined our office staff July 2005. She serves as our Office Manager. Julie is married and makes her home in Morton. She and her husband Russell have two children, Abbey and Jay. She and her family attend Church at St. Paul Catholic Church.

Lesia Swilley

Lesia joined our team over a year ago and has been a dental assistant for over 20 years. She loves ensuring that all of her patients have a wonderful experience at the Winning Smile. Lesia and her husband, Mark, reside in Brandon and have four daughters.

Jenny Harris

Jenny joined our staff in 2011 and brings 10 years of dental experience. She and her husband, Tracy, live in Brandon and have three children. They attend Andrew Chapel Church.

Theresa Latham

Theresa has been a part of The Winning Smile since 1998. She and her husband, Jon, live in Morton. They have three children and two grandchildren. They attend Bethlehem Baptist Church. Theresa enjoys meeting and helping the patients at our Flowood location.

Becky Rainey

Becky joined our staff in 2011 and brings 30 years of experience. She loves working on the dental office. She has been married to her husband, James, for 34 years. They enjoy spending time with their two grandsons, Cody and Logan. She is also an active member of FBCJ and lives in Terry.

Tiffany Lepard

Tiffany joined us in 2008. She has been a dental assistant for 12 years. She is very outgoing and loves her patients. She enjoys making sure they have a wonderful dental experience. Tiffany and her husband, Mikel, have one son, Lake.
